All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names are owned or controlled by us and protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non exclusive, and revocable license to download and print catalogs, technical specifications, and safety documentation for personal, internal informational, or non commercial retail coordination purposes. You are strictly prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, repackaging, or publicly displaying our materials for commercial gain or competing manufacturing purposes without prior written authorization from our logistics and administrative desk in Cixi City.
Product Standards and Manufacturing Specifications
We maintain strict quality control standards throughout our extrusion lines to ensure consistent performance for high speed printing farms and professional industrial manufacturers. However, when placing bulk orders, you acknowledge the following technical limits and guidelines:
- Color Variances: Natural variances in raw plastic compounding, carrier resins, and masterbatch blending can cause minor color shifts between different manufacturing batches. Screen rendering of product images may also differ from physical filament appearance.
- Diameter Tolerances: Our standard target is plus or minus 0.02 mm (laser verified). Minor fluctuations may occur during cold startup cycles, winding tension shifts, or spool changes. Any variance exceeding nominal standards is flagged during our quality check.
- Hygroscopic Limitations: Engineering materials such as TPU 95A and PA6 CF are highly hygroscopic. Although we vacuum seal spools with active desiccants immediately after extrusion, some moisture absorption can occur during extended transit or storage. The user is responsible for pre drying materials according to our drying guidelines before printing functional parts.
- Suitability of Use: The end user is solely responsible for verifying the mechanical compatibility and safety of any parts printed with lanbo3dfilament.com materials, particularly for high stress, medical, food contact, or safety critical applications.
Sales and Logistics
All purchase transactions are subject to inventory availability, production capacity constraints, and order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline custom OEM compounding requests, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion.
- Commercial Pricing and MOQs: Wholesale and distributor pricing tier agreements are subject to verification of valid business credentials. Minimum Order Quantities are strictly enforced per material class: 100 spools for PLA Basic, PLA Matte, PLA Silk plus, PLA Pure, PLA Translucent, and PLA Tough plus; 150 spools for PETG Basic, PETG HF, and PETG Translucent; 200 spools for professional ABS; and 50 spools for flexible TPU 95A and composite PA6 CF.
- Shipping Terms and Port Dispatch: Unless explicitly stated otherwise under a specific written distributor agreement, all commercial, bulk container, and LCL shipments are handled on an EXW Cixi or FOB Ningbo basis from our warehouse facilities. Transfer of liability occurs once the cargo is loaded onto the ocean vessel or carrier vehicle at the port of departure.
- Import Customs and Taxes: The purchasing party is responsible for compiling import clearances, regional regulatory paperwork, and paying any localized VAT, customs duties, or terminal handling fees at the destination port.
Printing Disclaimer
Extrusion-based 3D printing is a multi variable process involving heated elements, mechanical motion, and variable software configurations.
lanbo3dfilament.com shall not be held liable for any damages, thermal breakdowns, nozzle clogs, hot end component damage, or physical injury resulting from:
- Operating extrusion hardware outside recommended material parameters.
- Lack of proper workshop ventilation, resulting in the inhalation of VOCs or particulates, particularly during high temperature printing of engineering polymers like ABS and PA6 CF.
- Using abrasive carbon fiber composite filaments (such as PA6 CF) without hardened steel nozzles, leading to rapid nozzle wear and dimensional variations.
- Using filaments on hardware lacking adequate thermal runaway protection configurations.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lanbo3dfilament.com, its directors, employees, or authorized agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or operational downtime, arising from your use of our materials or website services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your misuse of our products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any regional safety laws.
Governing Law
